CSIR NET 2021 Exam Date announced; Check details here
The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research has announced on twitter that the CSIR NET 2021 exam will be conducted on January 29, 2022.

NEW DELHI - The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research took to microblogging site twitter wherein they announced that the CSIR NET 2021 exam will be conducted on January 29, 2022. The CSIR NET exam is held two times in a year by the National Testing Agency (NTA). However, this year the CSIR NET exam had to be postponed due to the second wave of the covid 19 pandemic.
Update: CSIR-NET-UGC to be held on 29/1/2022. Two more rounds to be held after this in 2022. Details will follow. @HRDG_CSIR #csirnet

In the past, the CSIR had announced that at least two months' time will be given to the candidates so as to complete the registration process.

All the candidates who are planning to appear for the CSIR NET 2021 exam, they can check all the details in the notification which is expected to be out sometime in the last week of November.
CSIR NET Eligibility Criteria 2021
The eligibility criteria for the CSIR NET 2021 exam is prescribed by the NTA which includes the age criteria, academic qualifications, nationality etc. In order to be eligible to appear for the CSIR NET exam, candidates must be an Indian national or else, he or she would not be eligible to appear for the exam. Also according to the CSIR NET eligibility criteria, candidates must be not more than 28 years as of July 1, 2021.

It is likely that the CSIR NET 2021 application form will be released soon on the official website that is csirnet.nta.nic.in. Candidates are expected to check all the parameters pertaining to the eligibility criteria before they fill the CSIR NET registration form.
The objective of the CSIR NET exam is to determine the eligibility ‘for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and for Lectureship/Assistant Professor’ for various Indian colleges and universities.
