CSIR UGC NET 2018 admit card to be released soon; check important details here

NEW DELHI, NOVEMBER 30: Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) is expected to release the admit card of CSIR UGC NET 2018 for December session in the first week of December. Candidates who have successfully submitted CSIR UGC NET application form can download the admit card by using their required credentials - registration number/application number and date of birth/password. The hard copy of the admit card will not be sent to any candidate by post. The admit card of CSIR UGC NET can be downloaded till the date of examination - December 16, 2018.
Candidates can download CSIR UGC NET admit card by visiting the official site - http://csirhrdg.res.in .
After downloading the admit card, candidates must check whether all the information mentioned on it is correct. In case of any discrepancy, they must contact the exam conducting authority for necessary changes and get all the modifications done in it. Details related to candidates name, roll number, exam date, centre, exam venue, important guidelines will be mentioned in the admit card of CSIR UGC NET.
Candidates will have to bring the printed copy of the admit card along with one photo-identity proof - PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID Card, Driving License and Central/State Govt./ID Card issued by University/College to the exam centre on the exam day. They also need to carry two recent passport size photographs along with the CSIR UGC NET admit card 2018. Without the admit card and photo identity card, candidates will not be allowed to enter into the examination centre.
As per the guidelines, candidates should reach the examination hall at least half an hour before the commencement of the exam. Also, they are not allowed to carry calculator, mobile phone, or any other electronic device inside the examination hall.
CSIR UGC NET is conducted twice a year for determining the eligibility of Indian Nationals for the award of Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) and for determining eligibility for the appointment of Lecturers (LS) in subjects under the faculty of science and technology.
