CSIR UGC NET 2021 postponed due to clash with major exams; new dates here

CSIR UGC NET 2021 exam will start on January 29. However, the exams scheduled to be held on February 5 and 6, 2022 have been rescheduled.
NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has rescheduled the joint CSIR UGC NET 2021 exam dates due to a clash with some major examinations. CSIR UGC NET 2021 scheduled to be held on February 5 and 6, 2022, has now been postponed to February 15 and 18, 2022.
CSIR UGC NET 2021 exam, however, will start on January 29. According to the latest CSIR UGC NET notification by the NTA, “In light of the representations received from candidates seeking rescheduling of dates of the Joint CSIR-UGC NET Examination June-2021 due to clash with some major examinations being held on February 5 and 6 2022, and difficulties experienced due to the same, it has been decided to reschedule the dates of the Joint CSIR-UGC NET Examination June-2021.”
The NTA released the joint CSIR UGC NET application form 2021 on the official website - csirnet.nta.nic.in - on December first week.

The NTA further said, “Candidates are advised to regularly visit NTA website(s) nta.ac.in, csirnet.nta.nic.in for the latest updates regarding the examination. For any queries or /clarifications, candidates can call NTA Help Desk at 011 40759000 or write to NTA at csirnet@nta.ac.in.”
The CSIR NET registration 2021 was delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation. Recently, the NTA informed that the eligible candidates can fill the CSIR UGC NET 2021 application form till January 2, 2022.
NTA recently announced the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) 2021 exam dates for phase 3 and four rescheduled exams due to cyclone Jawad. The exams for these candidates will be held on January 4, 5, 2022.
