NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the answer key objection window for the Central Scientific and Industrial Research–University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (CSIR-UGC NET) 2024 for the December session tomorrow, March 14. Candidates who appeared for the eligibility test can raise objections against the CSIR UGC NET answer key 2024 through the official website, csirnet.nta.ac.in.
The testing agency has also issued the question papers, and the response sheet along with the CSIR UGC NET answer key 2024.
Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as application number and date along with supporting documents to raise objections against the CSIR UGC NET 2024 answer key.
This is the provisional answer key, candidates who are not satisfied with the CSIR UGC NET December 2024 answer key can raise objections till 11:50 pm tomorrow. Candidates will also have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 200 per question while challenging the answer key.
"Challenges made by the candidates will be verified by a panel of Subject Experts. If the challenge of any candidate is found correct, the Answer Key will be revised and applied in the response of all the candidates accordingly. Based on the revised Final Answer Key, the result will be prepared and declared,” the official notice read.
Candidates can use the answer key 2024 to calculate their probable CSIR UGC NET scores in the exam. The CSIR UGC NET answer key 2024 final answer key will be issued after considering the objections raised against the probable answer key.
The CSIR UGC NET December 2024 exam was held on February 28, March 1, and March 2, 2025 in computer-based mode. The exam was conducted across 326 centers in 164 cities for 2,38,451 candidates.
