CSIR UGC NET December 2025 answer key soon for JRF, assistant professor, PhD admission

CSIR UGC NET 2025: Candidates will be able to access the provisional answer key, response sheet online at csirnet.nta.nic.in.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon release the Joint Council of Scientific and Industrial Research–University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (CSIR UGC NET) December 2025 answer key. Candidates who appeared CSIR UGG NET exam will be able to download the answer key on the official website, csirnet.nta.nic.in.
The provisional answer key for CSIR UGC NET December 2025 will be available in PDF format. Candidates can download the answer key by using their valid application number, date of birth and security pin.
The CSIR UGC NET December 2025 exam was held on December 18 in two shifts—from 9 am to 12 noon and from 3 pm to 6 pm.

The CSIR UGC NET 2025 was conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode with a duration of three hours and a total of 200 marks. The exam covered five subjects—Earth Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Life Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, and Physical Sciences. Each paper consisted of objective-type multiple-choice questions.
As per the CSIR UGC NET marking scheme, Part A carries 2 marks per correct answer with 25% negative marking, Part B offers 3–3.5 marks with the same penalty, while Part C carries 4–5 marks per question with no negative marking.

Follow the steps below to download the CSIR UGC NET December 2025 answer key once it is released.
- Go to the official website at csirnet.nta.nic.in.
- Click on the “CSIR UGC NET December 2025 - Answer Key” link.
- Enter the valid application number, date of birth, and security pin.
- Click on the submit button.
- The CSIR UGC NET answer key and response sheet will be downloaded in PDF format.
The final CSIR UGC NET 2025 answer key will be released after reviewing the objections raised by candidates against the provisional answer key.
