CSIR UGC NET result 2018 for December to out soon, say officials

NEW DELHI, APRIL 2: Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) will announce the result of Joint CSIR-UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) 2018 for December session anytime. This information has been confirmed by the CSIR officials through an official announcement recently. According to CSIR officials, CSIR UGC NET December result for 2018 will be declared in the first week of April 2019.

The official notification by CSIR reads, “Candidates who appeared in the Joint CSIR-UGC JRF/NET Exam held on December 16, 2018, are hereby informed that the final result of single MCQ test will be declared in the first week of April 2019.”
It must be noted that the first week of April is already running. Thus, the statement means that the result preparation must be on and it can be declared anytime soon.
To check their result for the December session, candidates have to visit the official website and click on the result link. CSIR NET 2018 result for December will be out in the form of PDF file containing the roll numbers and ranks of the qualified candidates. It’s also expected that the scorecard of CSIR UGC NET 2018 will also be available in 2-3 days after the result announcement.
Candidates can download CSIR NET scorecard 2018 by entering their registration number and date of birth in the login window.
Earlier, the scorecard of CSIR NET 2018 for June session and the cut off were released on November 30, while the result for the same session was declared on November 28. According to the official data of Joint UGC CSIR NET result for the June session, 7306 candidates had qualified the exam.
CSIR NET is held twice a year – June and December for determining the eligibility of candidates as Assistant Professors and offering Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) to them.
