CSIR UGC NET result 2018 for December session declared; know complete details here

NEW DELHI, APRIL 3, 2019: The Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) has announced the result of CSIR UGC NET for December session on April 3, 2019. CSIR UGC NET result 2018 has been declared by the authority in online mode, however, it reflects the roll numbers and ranks of the qualified candidates in a PDF file. A total of 1969 candidates have qualified for JRF (NET) while 67 candidates have qualified for JRF only. For Lectureship, a total of 1500 candidates have qualified. The result has been announced for the candidates who had appeared in the examination on December 16. Candidates can check their result at http://csirhrdg.res.in/.
Since the result of CSIR UGC NET 2018 has been declared, the examination authority is expected to release the CSIR UGC NET cut off for December in a couple of days. The authority will release subject-wise and category-wise CSIR UGC NET cutoff marks. Apart from the cut off, the scorecard of CSIR UGC NET 2018 will also be accessible for the test takers simultaneously. This means that the cut off and scorecard will be released at the same time.
To download their CSIR UGC NET scorecard 2018, candidates have to enter their enter their registration number and date of birth in the login window.
Earlier, CSIR had declared the result for CSIR UGC NET June session on November 28 whereas the cut off and scorecard were released on November 30. According to the result data for June session, 7306 candidates had qualified the examination.
CSIR UGC NET is held by CSIR every year for the recruitment of Lecturers/Assistant Professors across the universities and colleges in India and for offering Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) NET to the candidates in subjects under the faculty of science and technology. The examination is held for subjects - Life Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Physical Sciences and Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences.
