NEW DELHI - The Central Board of Secondary Education has announced the new date for Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTE) 2020. According to the notification issued by the CBSE, CTET 2020 exam will now be conducted on January 31. CBSE has also stated that they would once again open the window to make changes in the CTET 2020 application form from November 7 to November 11. Also the CTET 2020 exam will be conducted in 135 cities. CBSE has also announced the list of new cities where the CTET 2020 exam will be conducted.

About CTET 2020 exam
The CTET 2020 exam is the eligibility test for recruitment of teachers for various positions in government schools. Recently it was announced that the validity of the CTET certificate will be for a lifetime as compared to the past when it was just for seven years. CTET 2020 exam was originally scheduled to be held on July 5 but was postponed due to Covid 19 pandemic.
