The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) February 2026 result. A total of 5,97,061 candidates have qualified for the eligibility test out of 23,24,625 appeared candidates, resulting in a pass percentage of 25.68%. According to the CTET result statistics, a total of 26,49,129 candidates registered for the CTET 2026 exam. Out of these, 23,24,625 candidates appeared for the exam, while about 3.24 lakh candidates were absent.

For Paper 1 (Classes 1 to 5), a total of 12,11,611 candidates registered for the CTET 2026 exam. Out of these, 10,65,410 candidates appeared. Among them, 3,58,937 candidates qualified, resulting in a pass percentage of 33.69%.

For Paper 2 (Classes 6 to 8), a total of 21,56,459 candidates registered for the CTET 2026 exam. Out of these, 18,67,428 candidates appeared. Among them, 3,46,738 candidates qualified, resulting in a pass percentage of 18.56%.

CBSE CTET 2026 result data

The CTET digital marksheet and qualifying certificate will be uploaded to DigiLocker soon. Candidates will be able to download them using the mobile number they provided in their CTET February 2026 application form.

The CBSE CTET 2026 was conducted on February 7 and 8, and the CTET 2026 result was declared on March 30.

As per the CTET qualifying marks, general category candidates need at least 60% marks, which is 90 out of 150. Candidates from reserved categories such as SC, ST, OBC, and PwD need at least 55%, which is 82 marks, to qualify.
