NEW DELHI, JULY 30: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the result of CTET 2019 on July 30. As per the result announced, approximately 3.25 lakh candidates have qualified the exam for CTET eligibility certificate. Among all qualified candidates, as many as 2.15 lakh candidates have qualified in CTET paper I while 1.37 lakh candidates have made it in CTET paper II.

As per officials, 29.22 lakh candidates had registered for CTET July 2019 exam while only 23.77 lakh candidate appeared. Considering the number of candidates qualified, the pass percentage remained only 14.80% for this session.
As per the official statement given by Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, HRD Minister, the result of CTET has been announced in record 23 days. The test was conducted at over 114 cities wherein there were a total of 2942 exam centres allotted for CTET.

As per the previous year CTET result for the December session, there were a total of 1,78,273 out of 10,73,545 candidates qualified in paper I while 1,26,968 out of 8,78,425 candidates qualified in paper II. The percentage of candidates who qualified for Primary School was 17% while 15% candidates recorded their success for the Middle School category.
Steps to Check CTET Result 2019

  • Visit the official website of CTET - ctet.nic.in

  • The link takes to the official page

  • Click on the CTET result link

  • The link will open the result login window

  • Enter roll number

  • The screen will then display your CTET result

  • Download the result and save for future references

Candidates who all have qualified will now be issued the eligibility certificate which will be valid for 7 years. Those qualified in paper I will be able to apply as teachers in classes 1 to 5 while those passed in paper II will be able to apply as teachers in classes 6 to 8.
