CUET PG 2023 answer key awaited; result date, marking scheme

NEW DELHI: With the Common University Entrance Test Postgraduate (CUET PG) being over, candidates who appeared for the test are awaiting the answer keys. The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to issue the provisional answer key of CUET PG soon. The CUET PG 2023 answer key will be made available on the cuet.nta.nic.in and nta.ac.in websites. The CUET PG 2023 result will then be announced on the basis of the CUET PG final answer keys.

The NTA score of CUET PG 2023 will be valid for admission to the academic year 2023-24 only. The testing agency has not announced any CUET PG result date.
CUET PG 2023 was conducted for multiple choice questions (MCQs). The evaluation of the MCQs of all the test papers will be carried out using the final CUET PG answer keys and the raw (actual) marks scored by the candidate will be considered further for the computation of CUET PG 2023 result. For multi-shift papers, raw or actual marks of the candidates in different shifts or sessions will be converted to NTA Score.
CUET PG 2023 Marking Scheme

Each question in CUET PG carries four marks.

For each correct response in CUET PG 2023, the candidate will get four marks

For each incorrect response, one mark will be deducted from the total score

Unanswered or un-attempted response will be given no marks

To answer a question, the candidate needs to choose one option as correct option

However, after the process of challenges of the CUET PG answer key, in case there are multiple correct options or changes in key, only those candidates who have attempted it correctly as per the revised final answer key will be awarded marks

In case a question is dropped due to some technical error, full marks shall be given to all the candidates irrespective of the fact who have attempted it or not.
