CUET PG 2024 registration ends tomorrow at pgcuet.samarth.ac.in; important dates; exam timings

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the registration window of CUET PG 2024 on the official website, pgcuet.samarth.ac.in, tomorrow. The Common University Entrance Test (CUET PG 2024) is being held for admission into postgraduate programmes in central and other participating universities.

Applicants will be able to pay the registration fee for CUET PG 2024 till 11.50 pm on January 25. The NTA will open the correction window from January 27 to 29. The CUET PG 2024 admit card will be released on March 7 and the exam will be conducted from March 11 to 28.

As per the notification, 230 universities, including central, state, private, and deemed universities will conduct admission for the PG programmes through CUET PG 2024. Some of the top universities are Delhi University, Jawaharlal Nehru University, University of Allahabad, Aligarh Muslim University, Central University of Hyderabad and Jamia Millia Islamia.

CUET PG 2024 timings

The NTA has made several changes in the exam timings and pattern. Last year, students had to complete the CUET PG in 2 hours, while this year the entrance exam will be held for 1 hour and 45 minutes.

The NTA will hold the exam in three shifts – Shift 1 will be held from 9 am to 10.45 am, shift 2 from 12:45 pm to 2:30 pm and shift 3 will be conducted from 4:30 pm to 6:15 pm. The CUET PG exam 2024 will be held in 324 cities across India and abroad this year. However, the exam was held in 337 last year. CUET PG will be conducted in 24 cities abroad this year as well.
