CUET PG 2026: NTA will conduct the computer-based college entrance test in three shifts. Updates on exam timings, shift details, documents, advisory, other details.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has concluded the Common University Entrance Test - Postgraduate (CUET PG) 2026 day 1 shift 1 exam for today, March 6. The agency will now conduct the second shift from 12:30 pm to 2 pm. The computer-based test will be held in three shifts until March 27 across the country.

The NTA has also issued an advisory for the CUET PG examination day, according to which, candidates have to undergo an Aadhaar-based biometric verification at the test centre. It also said that all the centres are under “strict CCTV surveillance” equipped with jammers.
The college entrance test - CUET PG 2026 will be held on March 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, and 27 for 157 subjects across the country. Candidates can download the CUET PG 2026 admit card and city allotment slip for March 7 to 10 through the official website at exams.nta.nic.in/cuet-pg/.

No candidate will be allowed to enter the CUET PG 2026 examination centre without the exam hall ticket and other important documents as given below.
“No candidate should adopt any unfair means or indulge in any unfair examination practices as the examination centres are under surveillance of live surveillance CCTV and equipped with jammers,” the NTA said in its official advisory.
Moreover, several items are prohibited inside the CUET PG 2026 exam hall. Things such as electronic devices, including mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators are prohibited inside the examination area.
The agency also stated that candidates with medical conditions can carry eatables and medicines. “Packed foods like chocolates or sandwiches are not permitted,” it added.
