Minister of state for education Subhas Sarka yesterday informed the Rajya Sabha that there was no proposal to hold CUET exam twice a year.
The debut edition of CUET was held last year for admission to UG, PG admissions in central universities and other participating universities. The exam was marred by glitches and last minute exam centre change. The education ministry in December had told Rajya Sabha that 65,000 complaints were received by the NTA of which 47,835 grievances were about rescheduling the date or centre.
