Try NowNEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has published the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2024 official notification today, February 27. As per the notice, candidates will be able to register for CUET UG 2024 from February 27 to March 26 through the official website, cuetug.ntaonline.in.

The CUET UG 2024 exam will be held between May 15 to May 31. The exam will be conducted in three shifts: from 9 am to 11 am, from 12:30 pm to 2 pm, and from 4 pm to 5:30 pm. The CUET UG 2024 will be held in hybrid mode, candidates can check other changes introduced this year.
CUET UG 2024 to be held in hybrid mode
According to media sources, UGC chairperson M Jagadesh Kumar has announced that the test for subjects with the highest registration will be held offline utilising OMR sheets. The change will allow ruler area applicants to sit for their exams closer to home.
According to UGC chairperson M Jagadesh Kumar, exams for higher registration subjects would be held on a single day in one shift across the country. Several schools, colleges, and educational institutions will also serve as examination halls, benefiting students by reducing the distance they need to travel to take examinations.

CUET UG 2024 subject choices reduced
The number of subjects available to candidates will be limited to six, down from 10. Out of the six subjects, there will be three main subjects, two languages, and a general paper.
CUET UG 2024 application fee increased
This year the application fee has increased as compared to the previous years. Interested and eligible candidates can have a look at the CUET UG 2024 application fee details below-

The CUET UG 2024 correction facility window will be opened on March 28. Candidates will have one- time opportunity to edit their details on the CUET UG 2024 application form. As per the official schedule, the CUET UG 2024 admit card will be issued in the second week of May.
The CUET UG 2024 test will be held in 13 languages: English, Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Punjabi, Marathi, Gujarati, Assamese, Odia, Malayalam, Kannada, and Urdu.
