CUET UG Result 2024: Business studies leads with 8,024 top scorers, check subject-wise highest marks

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has published the Common University Entrance Test, Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2024. Candidates who appeared for the entrance exam can access and download their CUET 2024 results by visiting the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG. Along with attendance statistics, the NTA has published the subject-wise highest scores. As per the CUET 2024 result statistics, most subjects have a maximum mark of 200, with the General Test (501) having the highest at 244.
The NTA conducted the CUET UG 2024 exam in a hybrid mode (online and offline) on May 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, 24, and 29 across multiple examination centers in 379 cities, including 26 international locations. The CUET 2024 re-exam was held on July 19. The CUET provisional answer key 2024 was out on July 7, and candidates could raise objections until July 9.
CUET 2024 Result statistics: Top performing subjects
Among the subjects, Accountancy, Book Keeping (301) had 1,135 candidates scoring 200 marks, Business Studies (305) had 3,024 candidates achieving the same, and Sociology (326) saw 1,454 candidates obtaining the maximum score of 200 marks. A total of 13,47,820 candidates registered for the CUET 2024 exam.
CUET UG Result 2024: Performance analysis of science subjects
As per CUET 2024 result statistics , among the science subjects, Chemistry had the highest engagement with 702,650 registered students, out of which 561,719 appeared for the exam, and 398 candidates achieved the maximum score of 200 marks. Similarly, Physics had 673,038 registered students with 539,106 appearing, but only 114 candidates scored 200 marks, indicating higher difficulty. Biology and related fields, including Biological Studies, Biotechnology, and Biochemistry, recorded 391,065 registrations with 313,683 appearing, and 835 candidates obtaining the top score of 200 marks.
