Candidates scheduled for the physical test will have to await fresh dates, whereas the rest of the constable executive recruitment schedule remains unchanged

The Delhi Police has postponed the Physical Endurance & Measurement Test (PE&MT) for Constable (Executive) under the Delhi Police Examination 2025 due to adverse weather conditions. The tests scheduled for August 24 and 25, 2026 will not be held on the announced dates.
The Delhi police recruitment branch has issued an official notice regarding the postponement. Applicants who were scheduled to appear for the PE&MT on either of these dates will now have to wait for the revised schedule.
The official notice reads, "Fresh dates for the postponed PE&MT will be notified in due course. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the official website of Delhi Police for further updates. There is no change in the remaining schedule."

The Delhi police has clarified that the postponement is restricted to the PE&MT scheduled for August 24 and 25. There is no change in the remaining schedule of the constable (executive) recruitment examination.
The PE & MT forms an important part of the selection process for shortlisted applicants. The test includes physical endurance and measurement requirements prescribed for applicants appearing for the constable (executive) post.
Applicants whose tests have been postponed should keep their admit cards and other necessary documents safely until further instructions are issued. They should also remain prepared to appear for the physical test once the revised dates are announced.

The notice has been issued by the DCP/recruitment, Delhi police. As no fresh date has been specified so far, applicants should wait for the recruitment authority's official announcement.
