NEW DELHI: The University of Delhi has released the DU third merit list 2022 today, November 13. Candidates can check the DU 3rd merit list on the official website ugadmission.uod.ac.in or du.ac.in. To check the third DU seat allocation list, candidates need to enter their application number and password.
All the selected candidates can accept the allotted seat from November 14 to 15. The respective colleges will verify the documents submitted by the candidates and check the programme wise eligibility. Colleges will verify and approve the applications after DU third seat allotment till November 16.

The DU third cut-off list 2022 include candidate's details, CUET marks, application number, programme name, college name and other details. It is mandatory for candidates to pay the admission fee to confirm their seats. The last date for online payment of admission fees by the candidates is November 17.

Sign in using the CUET application number and password.
Enter the given captcha code, and click on the ‘Login’ button.
The candidate portal will open on the screen.

After the declaration of the spot round vacant seats on November 20, 2022, admissions of already admitted candidates will be locked and will not be considered for any future upgrades (except supernumerary upgrades). These candidates will not be allowed to withdraw their admission after the announcement of the spot round.

The CSAS 3rd allocation list is prepared considering the following criteria:
In the year 2020, Delhi University saw a total of 3,53,919 paid registrations, while in 2021 the university recorded 4,38,696 registrations. DU has recorded 84,777 more registrations in 2021 as compared to the previous year which brings it close to 24% more applications.
Delhi University admissions will see CUET UG exam as an admission channel from this year. The university this year is taking admissions on the basis of their scores in the newly-launched Common University Entrance Test (CUET).
Candidates can download the DU third merit list 2022 from the official website - ugadmission.uod.ac.in or du.ac.in.
22.5% of the total numbers of seats are reserved for SC/ST (15% for SC and 7.5% for ST).
27% of seats are reserved for the OBC category candidates.
10% seats are reserved for the candidates who belong to the EWS category.
In Minority Colleges 50% of the seats are reserved for Minority candidates.
For admissions to ECA and Sports supernumerary seats a weightage of 25% will be given to CUET score and 75% to certificates/trials/performances.
In case, two or more candidates have the same CUET scores, then the following rules will be applied to break the tie:
1. The candidate with a higher percentage of aggregate marks in the best 3 subjects of class 12 will be given preference.
2. The candidate with a higher percentage of aggregate marks in the best 4 subjects of Class 12 will be given preference.
3. The candidates with a higher percentage of aggregate marks in the best 5 subjects of Class 12 will be given preference.
4. Age of the candidate; preference will be given to the candidate having an earlier date of birth (as mentioned in the Class 10 certificate).
Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has further extended the IGNOU July 2022 registration deadline till November 15.
The Delhi University admissions are open for 79 undergraduate programmes across 67 colleges, departments, and centres. The DU UG programmes include 206 combinations of BA courses.
The University of Delhi will announce DUET 2022 result for all PG programmes. Candidates must login with their form number and date of birth to access their DU PG result online.
