Speaking at the occasion, Pradhan emphasised on the need of gender parity and equal opportunities as a core value of NEP 2020. Through CRIIIO 4 Good, the influence of sports and the popularity of cricket can be utilised as a tool to empower girls and raise awareness of gender parity. He talked about how the passing of Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam, which put India at the forefront of women-led development, allowed the nation to witness history being made.

Smriti Mandhana shared the first learning modules of CRIIIO 4 GOOD with over 1000 school children at the stadium. The engaging modules use cricket as a fun, interactive tool to discuss gender equity and important life skills with both boys and girls.

The themes of the eight modules are: leadership, problem-solving, confidence, decision-making, negotiation, empathy, teamwork and goal setting and are visualised through state-of-the-art animation using cricketing examples. In-depth research into local nuances has made these films real and relatable.

To advance gender equality, give girls life skills, and promote their participation in sports, "CRIIIO 4 GOOD" is a series of 8 cricket-based animation movies. The ICC and UNICEF launched these modules to encourage kids and teens to adopt crucial life skills and understand the significance of gender equality by leveraging the appeal and enthusiasm of cricket among young audiences.
