DNB NEET PG and PDCET 2020 counselling starts at counseling.nbe.edu.in

NEW DELHI: The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has started the online counselling registration for Diplomate of National Board (DNB Post-MBBS) and Diplomate of National Board Post-Diploma Centralised Entrance Test (DNB PDCET) on May 8, 2020. NBE had announced the dates for counselling round one on May 1, 2020. The registration can be done till May 17, 2020.

The admission to post-MBBS course will be done on the basis of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET-PG), while the admission to post-diploma will be done through DNB PDCET scores. The steps to appear of the counselling process is mentioned below.

Steps for DNB CET and DNB PDCET 2020 counselling

  • Registration - Go to the official website counseling.nbe.edu.in and create a password. The login credentials like NEET PG registered email ID and roll number and password.

  • Login - A One Time Password (OTP) will be sent on the registered mobile number and email ID. Aspirants are required to login. The asked personal, academic, contact and asked details must be entered carefully.

  • Payment of fees - The application fees of Rs. 2500 must be paid in online mode through required modes. It is important to pay DNB CET and DNB PDCET application fees for successful submission of registration.

  • Review of personal details - In the next step, candidates need to review and edit the personal details, if any mistakes are made.

  • Uploading of documents - Here, the required documents must be uploaded after scanning. The documents must be uploaded as per specifications mentioned by the authority.

  • Choice filling - Aspirants need to select the hospitals and specializations as per their preferences. For filling the choices, candidates have to first select the state and then hospitals, followed by specialty and add the choice.

  • Declaration box - In the final step of registration, aspirants need to click on the ‘I accept’ declaration box. Here, candidates can add and remove the choices filled unless they lock it.

The seat allotment result for DNB CET and DNB PDCET counselling will be announced by May 22, 2020, after which the shortlisted candidates will be required to report at the allotted colleges for completion of admission process.
