DSSSB has deferred the PGT tier-1 exam till further notice due to pandemic. New dates will be announced soon.
NEW DELHI: The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has postponed the DSSSB PGT tier-1 exam, which was scheduled to be conducted from June 8 to June 26, 2021. The DSSSB has released a notice on the official website - dsssb.delhi.gov.in - regarding the postponement of DSSSB PGT exams. As per the DSSSB notice, ‘The DSSSB PGT exams are deferred in view of administrative exigencies till further notice.’
The DSSSB has also postponed the other DSSSB recruitment exams due to the rise in COVID-19 cases. Students are advised to keep track of the DSSSB official website for the new dates of DSSSB exams 2021. Along with the DSSSB recruitment exams, other top exams such as UGC NET 2021 , SSC CHSL have also been postponed till further notice.

DSSSB Selection Process
The recruitment exams for teachers for various subjects are conducted by the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) for the government schools of Delhi. Applicants need to apply on the official website for the post they are eligible for. A written test will be conducted followed by an interview and document verification round. The final allocation will be based on the vacancy available.
