DU Admission 2021: UG registration to begin on August 2, PG from July 26

NEW DELHI: University of Delhi will start the DU 2021 admission process for postgraduate and undergraduate programmes from July 26 and August 2, respectively, acting Vice Chancellor PC Joshi said in a press conference today. Interested candidates seeking admission to Delhi University can fill the DU admission form 2021 for PG and UG programmes till August 21 and August 31, respectively.
The DU eligibility criteria and fee structure for all the UG and PG programmes will remain the same as last year. For postgraduate programmes, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. To be eligible for admission to undergraduate programmes, candidates need to have completed their Class 10+2. The university will accept Class 12 marks as granted by CBSE and other state boards.
To fill the DU admission form 2021, candidates have to first register themselves on the official website - du.ac.in. University of Delhi will release a common DU 2021 application form for all UG programmes and PG programmes. A common admission portal will be active on the official website to make the application process much easier for students.
The DU 2021 admission process for both UG and PG programmes will be conducted completely online.
The admission to undergraduate programmes will be done on the basis of candidate’s merit in the last qualifying examination. For postgraduate programmes, the DU admission 2021 will be done through the Delhi University Entrance Exam (DUET) which will be conducted by National Testing Agency in computer-based mode. The admission through sports quota will be based on the certificates, this year. The university is also planning to add few more exam centres from DUET 2021 exam.
DU admission 2021 will be conducted for admitting students to 65,000 and 20,000 seats in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered by the University of Delhi.
