The seats that will allocated in the spot admission rounds are final, unlike the CSAS rounds. DU has made it mandatory for candidates accept admission to the seats allocated in the first spot round. In case they fail to do so, the allotted seat will forfeit the eligibility for admission for candidate and will be out of CSAS system.

The admitted candidates will not be allowed to withdraw their admissions on the day of announcement of the DU fist spot admission list 2022. The allocation will be subject to the availability of seats, programme-specific merit, order of preference of college and category. The university might announce further addition of spot rounds based on the availability of vacant seats.
