Download NowNEW DELHI: The University of Delhi (DU) has published the DU UG spot round 1 seat allotment 2024 result today, September 21. Registered candidates will be able to access the DU UG spot admission 2024 allotment result by visiting the official website, admission.uod.ac.in. Candidates are required to provide their registration number and password to download the DU UG seat allotment 2024 letter. The DU UG spot round 1 cut-off 2024 is also announced.

According to DU, a total of 72,263 admissions had been confirmed by September 15. Candidates who applied for CSAS UG 2024 but did not secure a college seat were able to participate in the DU UG spot round counselling process for 2024.
To be eligible for the DU UG spot admission round 2024, candidates were required to select the 'spot admission' option on their dashboard. Additionally, they could choose a programme and college combination based on their category and seat availability.
DU UG Spot Round Admission 2024: Seat acceptance deadline
As per the DU UG spot round 2024 notice, candidates allotted a seat are required to accept the offer by September 22. Colleges will verify and approve applications between September 21 and 23. As per the DU UG spot round official notice, the online acceptance fee payment deadline is September 24, by 4:59 pm.

DU UG Spot Round Seat Allotment 2024: No upgradation or withdrawal
The DU UG spot admission notice clearly states that candidates are required to accept the seat allotted in the spot round, as there is no option for seat upgradation or withdrawal. Failure to accept the allocated seat will result in the candidate losing their eligibility for admission to DU, and they will be removed from the CSAS UG 2024 process.
"It will be mandatory for the candidate to take admission to the seat allocated in a Spot round. Failure to accept the allocated seat in the Spot Admission round will forfeit the candidate's eligibility for admission to UoD and s(he) will be out of CSAS(UG)-2024. There will be no option of 'Upgrade' and 'Withdraw' during the Spot Admission rounds".
