NEW DELHI: The University of Delhi will declare the seat allotment result for the spot round 3 of DU BTech admission 2023 today, October 9. Candidates who applied for admission to BTech programmes will be able to check seat allotment on the official website, admission.uod.ac.in.

As per the schedule, seat allotted candidates will have to accept the allocated seats by October 11. DU colleges will verify the applications by October 12. The last date to pay the admission fee is October 13.
After allocation of seats, applicants will be required to pay a confirmation fee of Rs 1 lakh (Rs 25,000 for PwD candidates). If a candidate fails to pay the confirmation fee, their allocated seat will be cancelled. “The allocated seat shall be forfeited, and the candidate will not be considered for any subsequent allocation rounds,” the university said in the information bulletin.
DU added that it is mandatory for the candidate to take admission to the seat allocated in a spot round. Failure to accept the allocated seat in the spot admission round will forfeit the candidate's eligibility for admission to the university.
Delhi University is offering admission to three BTech programmes including BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, and BTech in Electrical Engineering starting from this year. The admission is being offered through Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) 2023 scores. Each course has a total of 120 seats.
