DU CSAS UG Admission 2023: 73,554 students accepted allocation so far, only 9,919 paid fees

NEW DELHI: University of Delhi today announced that 73,554 students have accepted the DU UG seat allocation 2023 till 7.30 PM today. However, only 9,919 students have made the payment through the DU CSAS portal, ugadmission.uod.ac.in.

Students must note that the facility to accept the seats allocated in the DU UG first round of seat allocation will be closed tomorrow on August 4. Candidates will be allowed to deposit the admission fee till August 6.

DU colleges will be verifying the application till August 5. Once the round 1 admission process is complete, Delhi University will publish the list of vacant seats on August 7.

A total of 85,853 candidates were admitted in DU CSAS first seat allocation 2023, of which more than half of the seats were claimed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) students.

The university said that only candidates who complete the admission process and submit the fees before the deadline will be considered for an upgrade in the preference.

How to accept DU CSAS seat allocation 2023

Students can follow the steps given below to accept the seats and DU college allotted to them.

• Visit the DU CSAS official website, ugadmission.uod.ac.in.
• Click on the CUET application number, password and captcha code.
• Submit the credentials entered.
• Now check the DU CSAS allocation status.
• Accept the seat and make the fee payment for admission and to be considered for upgradation.
• Download the fee receipt for future reference.
