University of Delhi(DU) has released the Bulletin of Information for admission to postgraduate courses offered through the Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board (NCWEB) for the 2026-27 academic session.

As per the bulletin admissions will be conducted through CUET PG 2026 scores and the DU’s Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS). The admission process is aimed at women who are unable to pursue regular full-time education but wish to continue higher studies through DU's non-collegiate system.

NCWEB confirmed that only women residing in the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi will be eligible to apply for postgraduate courses. Applicants will also have to register through the DU PG admission portal and select NCWEB as one of their admission preferences.

NCWEB PG Admission 2026: Courses offered

The board has announced admissions to the following postgraduate programmes:

The bulletin states that teaching arrangements will be made only if a course attracts at least 10 enrolled students.

NCWEB: Eligibility, admission process

Admissions will be based entirely on performance in CUET PG 2026, followed by participation in the DU's postgraduate admission process. Apart from meeting the eligibility criteria prescribed by the respective university departments, applicants must satisfy NCWEB's additional requirement of being women residents of Delhi.

Key requirements include;

  • Valid CUET PG 2026 score.
  • Registration through DU's PG-CSAS portal.
  • Selection of NCWEB during preference filling.
  • Proof of residence in Delhi in the candidate's own name.
  • Submission of all required academic and category certificates.

NCWEB: Fees and reservation policy

NCWEB has fixed the first-semester fee for postgraduate courses at Rs 8087, covering welfare, development and university service charges. Fee concessions and exemptions will continue to be available as per University of Delhi norms.

The board will follow the DU's reservation policy for candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, EWS and PwBD categories. Supernumerary seats for PwBD and Children/Widows of armed forces personnel categories will also be available as per university regulations.

The bulletin noted that candidates selected through seat allocation will have to complete document verification and fee payment within the prescribed timelines before their admissions are confirmed.
