DU PG admission begins today; DUET in 3rd week of July

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the DU PG 2022 application process on May 15.

Free DownloadNEW DELHI: Delhi University (DU) will start the DU PG admission process today, April 6 on its official website at admission.uod.ac. The last date to fill and submit the DU PG application form 2022 is May 25. Candidates seeking admission to PG programmes can register themselves for Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET) at the DU registration portal.

According to the Vice Chancellor Yogesh Singh, the University of Delhi will have 50% of the seats reserved for its students, while 50% of the seats will be filled through the DUET selection process. The Vice Chancellor also announced that 28 cities have been selected as examination centres, one centre will be located in each state. The process of admission and eligibility requirements for PG admission remains the same.
To successfully complete the DU PG admission process, candidates need to make sure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria laid down by the university before applying online. DU PG eligibility criteria as follow:
- To be eligible for postgraduate admission, applicants must have completed a bachelor's degree programme at a recognised institution.
- The minimum percentage of marks required varies according to the programme.
- Postgraduate courses offered by the university's affiliated colleges have no minimum age requirement, except for those in which MCI (Medical Council of India), AICTE (All India Council of Technical Education), and BCI (Bar Council of India) have prescribed a minimum age.
The National Testing Agency will conduct the DUET exam in the third week of July. Delhi University admissions for postgraduate programmes are based on the final qualifying examination and a written entrance exam. Qualified applicants are also required to take an interview and participate in a group discussion. There will be eight rounds of DU PG admission lists released.
