NEW DELHI: Delhi University colleges will announce the DU second cut-off 2021 soon. Candidates will be able to check the qualifying cut-off marks of colleges including Aryabhatta College, Hansraj College, JMC, KMC, LSR for various courses on their official websites. By the end of the admission process against the DU first cut-off list 2021, Delhi University had received a total of 60,904 applications. Of which 36,130 students have completed their admission process, a little over half of the seats at Delhi University colleges have been filled.

Students who have secured the minimum DU cut-off marks or above set by the individual colleges will be eligible to apply for the desired course. The Delhi University admission date under the DU second cut-offs 2021 is October 11 (10 am) and must be completed by October 13.

Candidates who have already applied for a particular college or course will have a chance to change their choice of college/ course after the DU 2nd cut-off list 2021 is released. Students who have not taken admission yet can also apply under the second cutoff if they fulfil the eligibility criteria.

DU second cut-off 2021: How to change course, college

In case any candidate want to make any changes in the preference of college entered by them in the DU application form 2021, they have to follow the steps mentioned below.

  • Candidates, whose application has been approved, have to cancel their application and register again with the new preference
  • Candidates will have to pay Rs 1000 as the DU admission withdrawal fee
  • Take multiple printouts of the fee cancellation receipt and submit it to the chosen college. Candidates have to also withdraw all the original documents submitted at the time of admission to the previous college.

DU 2nd cutoff list 2021: How to apply

Step 1 - After DU second cut off 2021 is released, eligible candidates can fill the DU application form 2021 by logging in the admission portal, du.ac.in.

Step 2- Select the preferred course and college.

Step 3 - Candidates have to upload all the documents mentioned below.

  • Class 10th and 12th mark sheet
  • Class 12th provisional or original certificate
  • Two passport size self-attested photographs
  • Transfer and Migration certificate
  • Category certificate
  • Class 10th board examination certificate

Step 3 - After successfully completing the document verification step, make the payment of tuition/ DU admission fees.

There are 70,000 seats at colleges of Delhi University for undergraduate courses. The DU second cut-off list will be released by the university today and principals warned that the decline in the asking marks won't be more than 0.5% to 1%.
