The University of Delhi has issued the second seat allocation list for undergraduate admissions under the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) 2025 today, July 28. Candidates can check their DU UG second seat allotment status through the official admission portal at ugadmission.uod.ac.in. DU UG Admission 2025 LIVE.

Candidates will have to log in to their CSAS(UG)-2025 dashboard using their CUET application number and password to check if a seat has been allotted. As per the schedule, candidates allotted seats in the DU UG second round will have to accept the seat by July 30. If a candidate is allotted multiple seats, they are required to accept and proceed with admission to only one of those seats.

After the candidate accepts the allocated seat, the concerned college will carry out an online verification of eligibility and documents through the CSAS portal between July 28 and July 31. The verification includes checking minimum eligibility, programme-specific criteria, CUET(UG) subject mapping (only Class 12-passed subjects will be considered), and document authenticity. If any clarification is needed, the college may raise queries through the portal.

Post-verification, the college will either approve or reject the application. Approved candidates will have to pay the admission fee within the given timeline to confirm their seat. The deadline for candidates to complete the online payment of admission fees is August 1.

If an application is rejected, the college will provide reasons, which may include failure to meet minimum eligibility, programme-specific criteria, subject mapping rules, invalid documents, or failure to respond to raised queries in time.

Based on seat availability due to rejections, cancellations or withdrawals, Delhi University will hold the third round of the CSAS allocation. Candidates who have opted for the “Upgrade” option will be considered in subsequent rounds, depending on seat availability.
