The University of Delhi (DU) has started the registration process for undergraduate admissions through the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS UG) 2026 portal . The registration is for admission to the 2026-27 academic session. Candidates who appeared for the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2026 can now register on the CSAS portal to participate in the admission process.

DU states that admission to all undergraduate programmes will be conducted only through CSAS (UG) 2026. Admissions will be based on the eligibility criteria prescribed in the information bulletin and CUET UG 2026 scores.

Delhi University admission process will be conducted in three phases. Phase I involves completing the online registration. In Phase II, candidates will fill in their preferred programmes and colleges after the university opens the preference-filling window. Phase III will consist of seat allocation and admission based on candidates' preferences, CUET UG scores, and eligibility.
Application Fee: Candidates belonging to the UR, OBC-NCL, and EWS categories will have to pay Rs 250, while those from SC, ST, and PwBD categories will pay Rs 100. Applicants seeking admission to Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), BSc (Physical Education, Health Education and Sports), or BA (Hons) Music programmes will have to pay an additional non-refundable fee of Rs 400. Candidates applying under the Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) or Sports supernumerary quota will also be required to pay an additional Rs 100 for each quota.

DU clarified that the application process will be considered complete only after the successful payment of the CSAS application fee.
