ESIC releases ESIC 2018 mains admit card; download till December 15

NEW DELHI, NOVEMBER 23: Employees’ State Insurance Corporation of India (ESIC) has released the admit card of ESIC 2018 for mains examination on November 23. The mains admit card of ESIC has been issued to all 6202 candidates who have qualified the preliminary phase. The mains admit card can be downloaded till December 15. Qualified candidates can download the ESIC admit card 2018 for mains by visiting the official website - https://www.esic.nic.in and entering their registration/roll number and date of birth/password in the login window.
The admit card contains details related to the candidates and the examination like name, roll number, registration number, photograph, date and time of examination, exam centres etc.
Candidates must cross verify the details mentioned on the admit card before they download. In case discrepancies are found, candidates must immediately report it to the examination authority and get the discrepancies rectified. Ensuring all the details imprinted on the admit card to be correct, candidates can download it and take at least two printouts of the same.
It is important for the candidates to bring ESIC mains admit card to their respective exam centres on the day of exam. Along with the admit card, the candidates are required to carry one of the prescribed photo identity proofs like Aadhaar card, Voter ID card, PAN card, Driving license, Bank passbook etc. Candidates will not be allowed to appear for the mains exam if they fail to produce the admit card and prescribed photo identity proof at the exam centre.
ESIC conducts ESIC recruitment for Social Security Officer (SSO)/Manager Gr-II/Superintendent. The examination is held in three phases - Prelims and Mains, followed by Computer Skill Test & Descriptive Test. The prelims exam is conducted for 100 marks while the mains is conducted for 200 marks. The final phase of ESIC recruitment, which is computer skill test & descriptive test is conducted for 20 and 50 marks respectively. Candidates who are shortlisted for the final recruitment after passing all the phases are offered a remuneration of Rs. 44900 along with various allowances like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Transport Allowance etc.
