FYJC Admission 2021: Maharashtra to conduct special round on FCFS basis from Oct 25-30
Over 3.64 lakh students have secured admissions under the Centralised Online Admission, education minister Varsha Gaikwad said.

NEW DELHI: The Maharashtra government has decided to conduct another round of FYJC admission 2021 on First Come First Serve (FCFS) basis from October 25 to 30, school education minister Varsha Gaikwad announced on social media.
Gaikwad said that over 3.64 lakh students have secured admission in first year junior college under the Centralised Online Admission so far. 1.71 lakh seats are still vacant.

Earlier, the education department conducted a round of first-come-first-serve FYJC admission 2021 for the vacant seats from September 28 to October 14 which was extended to October 21 . The first round of FCFS admissions was held for the vacant 2,34,135 seats.

Maharashtra FYJC admission 2021: First-come-first-serve eligibility
- All Application Form Part-1 Verified Students are eligible for FCFS.
- Students who are not admitted in any college, in any round conducted so far.
- Students who have cancelled their admission or rejected admission till now.
- Class 10 passed and/or supplementary exam passed (After Result) students.
- Students who have got ATKT in Maharashtra SSC examination.
- Students can apply in respective category of FCFS round based on their merit marks.
The third merit-list for Maharashtra FYJC admission 2021 was declared on September 13, while the first cut-off list was released on August 27.
