GATE 2019: IIT Madras to conduct EE and EC papers today

Try NowNEW DELHI, FEBRUARY 9: Candidates will be appearing for the Electrical Engineering (EE) and Electronics and Communication Engineering (EC) papers of GATE 2019 today at the various examination centres. GATE 2019 EC will be held in the forenoon session (9:30 AM to 12:30 PM) while EE paper will be conducted in the afternoon session (2:30 PM to 5:30 PM).
GATE 2019 EC and EE paper will be 3 hours long in duration and will consist of questions from General Aptitude (15%), Engineering Mathematics (15%) and the subject of the paper (70%). The questions will be of both Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and Numerical Answer Type (NAT). Both the question papers will consist of 25 questions of 1 mark each and 30 questions which will be of 2 marks each.
IIT Madras has finished conducting the examination form AE, AG, AR, BT, EY, GG, IN,
MA, MT, PE, PH, PI, ST, CS, CH, ME, XE, XL, TF, CY and MN. The final date of GATE 2019 will be conducted tomorrow i.e., February 10 for Civil Engineering paper.
