New Delhi, October 15: Indian Institute of Technology Delhi has opened the correction facility of GATE 2020 from today i.e., October 15, 2019. Registered candidates can now log in and modify particulars such as name, father’s name, college name and more. The final date for the correction facility has not been announced by the authorities yet so the candidates are advised to make the required corrections as soon as possible.

Steps to access GATE 2020 Application Form Correction Facility

Go to the official portal of GATE 2020 ( gate.iitd.ac.in )

Click the application form correction link

Candidates will have to login using their enrolment number/email ID and password.

The modifications or changes can be done by the candidates after logging in.

Additional fee has to be paid if required.

Click on “Submit” button.

A print out has to be taken for future reference.
Through the correction facility, the candidates will be able to modify their personal and academic submitted details. All of the required corrections should be done by the candidates since none will be accepted after the final date.

The facility for change of exam paper, centres category, gender and more will be available later. Candidates will also be required to pay additional fees if the following particulars are modified:

If the candidates change their gender from female to male, then an additional amount of Rs. 750 has to be paid.

Additional fee also has to be paid by the candidates if they change their PwD status from Yes to No.
