Check NowNEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee will issue the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 admit card today, January 7. Candidates who registered for the exam will be able to download the GATE admit card 2025 by visiting the official website, gate2025.iitr.ac.in.

Earlier, the GATE 2025 admit card was scheduled to be out on January 2, 2025, but it was later extended to January 7. Candidates will have to enter their application number and password to log in and download the GATE admit card 2025.
Candidates will have to bring the admit card along with a valid government ID such as an Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving licence, voter ID, or passport, selected during the registration process. Candidates will not be allowed to write the exam without these documents.
The GATE 2025 admit card will include information such as the candidate’s name, registration number, enrolment number, photograph, signature, category, exam date, time, and paper code, along with GATE exam centre details and exam day instructions.

GATE 2025 exam date
The GATE 2025 exam is scheduled to be held on February 1, 2, 15, and 16. It will be conducted in two sessions: a morning session from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 PM (IST) and an afternoon session from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM The detailed GATE 2025 exam schedule is given in the table below.
