NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has issued the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 admit card today, January 7. Registered candidates will be able to download the GATE admit card 2025 by visiting the official website, gate2025.iitr.ac.in.
The GATE 2025 admit card download link is active on the official website, and no printed copies will be mailed to candidates. Candidates will be required to enter their application ID and password to download the GATE admit card 2025.
GATE 2025 exam date and timings
The IIT Roorkee will conduct the GATE 2025 exam on February 1, 2, 15, and 16 for admission to master’s programmes offered by IITs and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore. The GATE 2025 exam will be held in two shifts each day. As per the GATE 2025 exam timings, forenoon session will be held from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm (IST) and afternoon shift from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
The GATE 2025 result date is March 19. The GATE 2025 scorecards will be available for downloading from March 28 to May 31. The GATE 2025 scorecard will be valid for three years from the result declaration date.
GATE Admit Card 2025: Acceptable photo IDs
During the online application process, candidates were required to choose and provide the document number for one valid photo ID from the following options- Aadhaar-UID (preferred), Aadhaar Virtual ID, Government-issued ID, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Driving License. On the GATE 2025 exam date, candidates are required to bring the original ID proof along with the GATE 2025 admit card.
