GATE COAP 2021: Round 2 seat allotment released at coap.iitd.ac.in

GATE seat allotment 2021 under COAP round 2 has been released. Candidates may check COAP offers 2021 through the official website at coap.iitd.ac.in.

Try NowNEW DELHI: GATE 2021 seat allotment round 2 has been released at Common Offer Acceptance Portal on June 4. Candidates may visit COAP 2021 website at coap.iitd.ac.in. They are required to check the offers made through GATE counseling under round 2 and proceed accordingly. COAP offers under round 2 are available till June 6.
Options after COAP round 2 offers

Option 1 - Accept and Freeze - This option is selected when candidates wish to accept the allotted seat through GATE counselling round 2 and do not want upgradation in the subsequent rounds. Such candidates will not be considered for any COAP offers or upgrading offers in any of the subsequent rounds.

Option 2 - Retain and Wait - This option has to be selected by candidates who wish to accept the allotted seat under COAP round 2 offers, and also want to be considered for upgradation in the subsequent seat allotment rounds of GATE counselling. In that case, they will not be considered for other rejected COAP offers in the current round. Also, the existing 'Retain and Wait' offer will get cancelled if any higher preferred offer is made in the next round.

Option 3 - Reject and Wait - If candidates do not want to accept any of the allotted seats under COAP round 2 offers but wish to be considered for subsequent rounds of seat allotment, this option has to be selected.
Common Offer Acceptance Portal allows filling of MTech seats in GATE 2021 participating institutes. PSUs accepting GATE score also release their applications at COAP portal. It allows MTech admission seekers/ PSU Job seekers to proceed through a single common platform.
