GATE COAP 2021 round 5 seat allotment announced; Check details

NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has announced GATE COAP 2021 round 5 seat allotment on June 25. Candidates can check GATE COAP 2021 seat allotment result from the Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP) - coap.iitd.ac.in. Applicants can check the GATE COAP seat allotment result through their GATE registration number.

GATE 2021 exam was conducted on February 6, 7, 13 and 14 in online mode. The exam conducting authority released the GATE 2021 result on March 19 on the official website. The last date to accept the round 4 offer is June 27.

How to check GATE COAP seat allotment result

• Visit the official website - coap.iitd.ac.in.

• Login using GATE registration number.

• GATE COAP 2021 seat allotment will be available on screen.

• Check all details carefully.

Applicants will have the option to select one choice out of all available choices. Candidates can choose any one option mentioned below.

Option 1 - Accept and Freeze: If a candidate is satisfied with the allotted seat and does want to be considered for upgradation in further rounds, can select this option.

Option 2 - Retain and Wait: If a candidate accepts the seat from the available and also wants to be reconsidered for upgradation in further rounds.

Option 3 - Reject and Wait: If the candidate is not willing to accept the offer in the current round.

After choice filling, candidates have to submit the filled choices through the login portal. Applicants who accept and freeze their allotted seat need to visit the Institute for further admission process.

Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP) is a common platform that allows the filling of MTech seats in the participating institutes. This portal is also used for all the participating PSU's to upload their job offers to the GATE qualified candidates.
