NEW DELHI: IIT Bombay has extended the GATE exam last date 2021 for filling the application form till October 7. Earlier, the GATE last date for filling application form was September 30. Candidates who miss the October 7 last date can also apply till GATE 2021 last date of October 12 with a late fee of Rs.500 in addition to the payable application fee. Candidates must note that October 12 is the final date and post this there will be no extension in GATE 2021 registration last date. Candidates must thus apply before the last date to fill GATE 2021 form. Interested candidates can apply for GATE 2021 from official website gate.iitb.ac.in or from the GOAPS portal at appsgate.iitb.ac.in .

GATE Signature Resize
Candidates often have problems uploading their scanned image and signature in GATE application form. Candidates facing problems on uploading the signature during GATE 2021 registration have to check the dimension and size of the scanned image. GATE signature resize can be done online or through any image size reducer software. Candidates must note that the signature has to be exact in size, dimension as mentioned in the information brochure.

IIT Bombay will provide the facility to make corrections in GATE 2021 application form after the last date of filling the form is over. Date for making corrections has not been announced as of now. Candidates must note that there is no maximum boundation on the number of attempts and age for appearing in GATE. Candidates having doubt on how many attempts for GATE are informed that they can apply and appear as many times they want and also till any age.

Coal India has issued notification for CIL recruitment through GATE 2021. The process of CIL recruitment 2020 will be through GATE 2021 score. DRDO Recruitment through GATE 2021
Defence Research and Development Organization has issued notification for DRDO recruitment through GATE 2021. The notification reads that DRDO will invite applications for Scientist B recruitment through GATE 2021. The date of application and other details are not released as of now.
