NEW DELHI: The Directorate of Technical Education, Goa has released the offline application form for Goa Common Entrance Test (GCET) 2020. Students who missed the opportunity to fill online application can download and submit the duly filled form between June 15 and 26. The GCET application form will have to be submitted in person at the CAD section of DTE Office, Porvorim. Candidates will have to pay the application fee of Rs 3500 (includes Rs 1500 late fee) which shall be remitted at HDFC bank, Porvorim.

It may be noted that the online application for GCET 2020 was available between May 26 and June 10 and the application fee payable in online mode was Rs 2000. Usually GCET application form is released online and interested candidates have to download and fill the hard copy of the same. After that, the GCET application form has to be submitted to the authorities in person or via post.

Important points for GCET application form:

  • Those who applied between May 26 and June 10 in online mode do not need to submit the hard copy of GCET 2020 application form in person at DTE office.

  • Offline application form has been released for those who missed to fill the same in online mode.

  • Offline one is for late applications and thus, candidates will have to pay late fee of Rs 1500 along with original fee of Rs 2000, i.e. total application fee of Rs 3500.

  • The offline application has to be submitted ‘in person’ as per official notification, and thus, candidates should not send the same via post.
