GLA University commences B.Tech admission 2020

The Institute of Engineering & Technology (IET) of GLA University has started accepting applications for B.Tech 2020 admission for all eligible candidates. The application form is available in both online and offline mode. To participate in the admission process, all interested candidates have to fill the application form before the last date. Candidates are advised to check the prescribed eligibility criteria before filling the application form. Ineligible candidates will be disqualified from the admission process. GLA University offers 8 B.Tech specializations and 4 B.Tech CSE specializations.
Eligibility Criteria
There are certain conditions and requirements that need to be fulfilled by each applicant. These conditions are prescribed by the concerned authorities.
For B.Tech

Should have passed 10+2 examinations with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry / Computer Science.

Candidates should have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in the above subjects, taken together and 50% marks overall.

For SC and ST candidates, there is a relaxation of 5%.
For B.Tech CSE

Should have passed 10+2 examinations with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry / Computer Science.

Candidates should have obtained a minimum of 60% marks in the above subjects, taken together and 50% marks overall.

For SC and ST candidates, there is a relaxation of 5%.
Admission Process

Application form - The authorities have released the application form for B.Tech admission 2020. It is made available to the candidates in both online and offline mode. While filling out the application form, candidates are required to enter some details such as personal, academic, and contact details and upload all the required documents. Candidates will also have to make a payment of the application fee of Rs. 700.

Slot booking and issue of admit card - Candidates who will successfully make the payment of the application form will be able to book the GLAET exam centre, exam date, and exam time. Upon successful booking, the admit card will be issued to the candidates.

Declaration of result - After the conclusion of the entrance exam, the authorities will declare the result on the official website.
