Goa Institute of Management records 100% placement with highest salary at Rs 30.17 lakh

NEW DELHI: The Goa Institute of Management (GIM), Goa have concluded the final placement process with 100 percent placements for all four PGDM 2022 batches with the highest salary offered to be Rs 30.17 lakh per annum.

According to a statement released by GIM, there has been a rise of 18 percent in the highest salary offered and an increase of 12 percent in the average salary package as compared to the previous year’s placement. GIM PGDM big data analytics batch received the highest salary package of Rs 30.17 lakh per annum. Companies such as Flipkart, Mckinsey and Company, Bain Capability Network, Accenture Strategy and Consulting, Natwest, Mondelez International, Razorpay among others were the major recruiters for the PGDM big data batch.

The highest salary offered for the GIM PGDM healthcare management batch increased up to 49 percent compared to the previous year, claimed GIM. Companies such as Johnson and Johnson, Virtusa, Stryker, Optum, Lupin among others were the top recruiters in this domain.

The GIM PGDM in banking insurance and financial services batch students bagged offers with an average salary package of Rs 10.61 lakh per annum. The highest salary received by the PDGM BIFS batch student is Rs 17.2 lakh per annum. Companies such as JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, CRISIL, Bajaj Finance, ICICI Bank, among others were the major recruiters for this programme.
