GPAT 2021: Documents to carry at the exam centre

NTA will conduct GPAT 2021 on February 27 for admission to 39,670 Master in Pharmacy (MPharm) seats in 800 participating institutes.
NEW DELHI: The Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) is scheduled to be held on February 27, 2021. It will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in computer-based mode. In order to successfully appear for the exam, all the registered candidates must carry the set of mandatory documents as required by the NTA to their GPAT 2021 exam centre.
The pharmacy entrance test will be conducted for admission to 39,670 Master in Pharmacy (MPharm) seats in 800 participating institutes. A total of 125 multiple choice questions will be asked from BPharm sections, carrying a total of 500 marks. The full list of documents to be carried by each candidate on the day of the GPAT 2021 exam is given below.
Documents to be carried to GPAT 2021 exam centre
The documents candidates must mandatorily carry on the day of the exam are the following:
- GPAT 2021 admit card- A hard copy of the admit card must be carried by each candidate to the exam centre with an attached photograph and thumb impression.
- GPAT Undertaking- A hardcopy of the filled-in undertaking form released along with the admit card must also be carried.
- A passport size photograph - Candidates must also carry a passport size photograph to be pasted on the attendance sheet.
- Valid ID Proof- Any of the following original ID proofs must be produced along with the other documents: PAN card, driving licence, voter ID card, passport, Aadhaar card (with photograph), E-Aadhaar, ration card or Aadhaar enrollment number with a photograph.
- PwD Certificate- Candidates claiming relaxation under the disability category must carry a PwD certificate issued by a competent authority. Such aspirants must also carry their own self-declaration (undertaking) regarding their educational qualifications.

What not to carry inside the GPAT examination hall 2021
It must be noted that apart from the documents mentioned above, candidates will not be allowed to carry anything else inside the exam hall. Electronic devices such as mobiles, laptops, and other personal belongings are strictly prohibited. No facility will be provided for keeping personal belongings at the GPAT 2021 exam centre.
