A total of 4114 students with disabilities have been granted an additional half an hour, while the deserving disabled candidates have been offered the Lahiya facility. To ensure convenience for the disabled, special question paper facilities have been arranged on the ground floor. This year, the GSEB SSC examination was conducted at 981 centers in 84 zones of the state. In which 3184 examination places (buildings) and 31829 blocks were used.
The system made sufficient preparations for the examination of 73 inmates who were examined in designated examination centers located in Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, and Surat. Among them, 53 captive examinees were present, and in addition to this, the board conducted a vocational examination consisting of 30 marks for 13 subjects. Furthermore, the institute or school conducted a practical examination worth 50 marks and an internal evaluation worth 20 marks.
This year, 138 cases of malpractice were reported during the examination. Based on CCTV camera and video footage, the results of 400 examinees who are primarily found to be involved in malpractice have been reserved, whose face-to-face hearing has been conducted at the district level.

A total of 706,370 regular students were registered, with 699,598 students attending the exam. Among them, 577,556 regular students successfully passed, leading to a pass rate of 82.56%. Moreover, 165,984 students were registered as repeaters, out of which 160,451 attended the exam. From this group, 78,715 students passed, resulting in a pass rate of 49.06%. The English Medium had an impressive pass rate of 92.52%, with 93,949 students passing the exams. The Hindi, Marathi, Urdu, Sindhi, and Oriya mediums also had significant numbers of students with different success rates, showcasing the diversity of the student population and the unique challenges encountered by speakers of different languages.
The data on on gender indicated that 385,437 male students and 382,182 female students were enrolled. The pass rate for male students stood at 79.12%, whereas female students achieved a slightly higher pass rate of 86.69%.
Furthermore, there were classifications like unique instances and learners from the Gujarat State Open School, displaying diverse levels of attendance and achievement. To illustrate, among 17,378 enrolled private candidates, 16,261 were present and 4,981 succeeded, resulting in a 30.63% pass rate.
Gandhinagar district recorded the highest pass rate of 87.22%, with Surat close behind at 86.75%, Narmada at 86.54%, Banaskantha at 86.23%, and Mehsana at 86.03%. Porbandar had the lowest pass rate at 74.57%.

To meet the requirements in a particular subject, a candidate must achieve at least a grade 'D'. To be considered eligible for the Secondary Certificate, a candidate must achieve at least a grade 'D' in all subjects. Candidates who have received a grade 'E1' or 'E2' in the subjects of the External Examination will need to enhance their performance through subsequent attempts and meet the qualifying criteria. The passing standard for candidates with disabilities is set at 20%.
A total of 1389 schools attained a perfect pass rate, while 264 schools recorded a pass rate of less than 30%, and 70 schools reported a 0% pass rate.
The passing percentage in Gandhinagar this year reached an impressive 87.22%, surpassing last year's top performer, Surat, which had a pass percentage of 76.45%.
