NEW DELHI: The Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2023 was held today, April 3. GUJCET 2023 exam was conducted in shifts. The first shift was held from 10 am to 12 noon, the second shift was held between 1 pm and 2 pm, and the third started at 3 pm and will get over at 4 pm. The Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) which administers GUJCET has made the hall tickets available at gujcet.gsebht.in and gseb.org.
Candidates will have to mandatorily carry the GUJCET 2023 admit card along with a valid photo ID proof. A valid ID proof may be aadhaar card, driving license or Class 12 exam hall ticket. Without the admit card of Gujarat CET 2023, candidates will not be allowed to write the exam.

Candidates will get admission as per the merit list prepared on the basis of the theory percentile in the subjects physics, chemistry and math or biology of Class 12 in the examination and GUJCET percentile.

In case, a candidate loses GUJCET marksheet, a duplicate mark-sheet can be obtained from GUJCET Cell, Gandhinagar by filling in the application form and paying Rs 200.
After assessment, GUJCET result will be given in the marksheet. The marksheet of candidates will be sent to the school, from which candidates have sent their application forms. Result of other board candidates will be sent by post.
After declaration of GUJCET results 2023, candidates will be able to get a copy of OMR sheet by applying online at gseb.org or gujcet.gseb.org and by paying a fee of Rs 200.
The concerned admission committee will prepare GUJCET 2023 merit list considering the percentile in theory of subjects of the selected group (A or B or AB) and GUJCET percentile.
"The Answer-sheet shall be of OMR type. The marks will be calculated as per the rules by computerization method after verification of the answer-sheet by the scanner. The correct answers (answer key) to the questions of each subject will be made available on the website of the Board before result," read the GUJCET 2023 booklet.
