Use NowThe Admission Committee for Professional Post Graduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPPGMEC) has started the Gujarat NEET PG 2025 choice filling for round 1 counselling. A total of 4,790 candidates declared eligible for the state-level counselling will have to submit their preferences by 11 am on November 27.
The Gujarat NEET PG round 1 merit list 2025 was published on November 4, according to which, 29 candidates who applied under in-service category have been given incentive marks and 14 candidates have been found eligible only for NRI quota. In addition, 47 candidates have been declared eligible for MD, MS seats in NRI, government, and management quotas.
Additionally, 113 students have been deemed ineligible for admission in Gujarat medical colleges this year due to insufficient qualifying marks, mismatch in marks provided, unverified and invalid documents.
In another major update, the Health and Family Welfare Department, Gandhinagar has amended the admission policy for Gujarat NEET PG counselling 2025 and laid down seat conversion structure from reserved category to unreserved seats.

Gujarat NEET PG 2025: 2,364 seats available
There are a total of 2,364 MD, MS, PG Diploma seats available in Gujarat medical colleges. Candidates are required to login using user ID, password, 14-digit pin, and captcha code to fill choices.
After logging in, candidates will have to click on the available choices to check courses and seat availability. The Gujarat NEET PG fee structure for all colleges, including annual and term fees, will be displayed.
Candidates are required to pay term fees at the time of admission and in case of NRI admission, allotted candidates will have to pay Rs 10 lakh DD in favour of “ACPUGMEC” payable at Gandhinagar.
The committee has instructed applicants to take printouts of locked choices. To modify and rearrange choices, candidates are required to enter a 14 digit PIN number again on the candidate login portal.
