Try NowThe Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Education Courses (ACPUGMEC) has opened the registration window for the Gujarat NEET UG counselling 2025. Medical aspirants who secured a rank in the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2025 can register for the Gujarat NEET UG counselling through the official website at medadmgujarat.org.

Candidates applying for admission to undergraduate medical, dental, Ayurvedic, and Homoeopathy programmes for the 2024-25 academic session will be required to purchase a PIN before starting the online counselling registration process. Candidates will have to pay Rs 1,000 to purchase the PIN along with a refundable security deposit of Rs 10,000.
Medical aspirants who have completed the online registration process will have to verify their original documents at designated help centres. It is mandatory to obtain the registration slip after verification; failing which, the candidate will not be considered eligible for the subsequent stages of the admission process.
The last date to purchase the online PIN and complete the registration process for Gujarat MBBS 2025 counselling is July 18. Document verification will be conducted till July 19, 2025. Once the registration is complete, ACPUGMEC will prepare and publish the merit list of all eligible candidates.
Candidates will have to check and confirm their merit number and category as recorded in their registration details. Following the release of the merit list, the online choice-filling process for each round will begin. The detailed schedule for Gujarat NEET UG counselling 2025 will be announced in due course.

Candidates can check the list of documents required for Gujarat NEET UG counselling 2025 given below.
- NEET UG 2025 mark sheet
- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets
- School leaving certificate, transfer certificate, birth certificate, or passport as proof of place of birth
- School leaving certificate, transfer certificate, birth certificate, passport, or Class 10 mark sheet as proof of date of birth
- Domicile certificate for candidates born outside Gujarat
- Caste certificate, if applicable
- Socially and Economically Backward Classes (SEBC) certificate, if applicable
- Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) certificate, if applicable
- Persons with Disability (PwD) certificate
- Certificate of local candidate status
- Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card
- Physical fitness certificate
- Domicile certificate of defence personnel, if applicable
- Original posting details in Gujarat and latest transfer order for children of IAS/IPS/IRS personnel or government employees
- Mark sheets of Class 1 to 8 for students who completed Class 12 from a Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) outside Gujarat
- Class 10 and 12 Gujarat board mark sheets along with domicile or birth certificate from Gujarat for students who passed from the union territories of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli
