NEW DELHI: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) will close the registration window for Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2025 tomorrow, January 7, 2025. Interested candidates who have not yet registered can fill the GUJCET 2025 registration form through the official website, gujcet.gseb.org.
Earlier, the GUJCET 2025 registration deadline was December 31. “The last date for submitting the online application for the GUJCET-2025 exam, which was originally set as 31/12/2024, has been extended to 07/01/2025. All school principals, guardians, students, and related parties are requested to take note of this,” the official notification read.
Candidates will have to pay the Rs 350 as GUJCET 2025 application fee. The application fee payment can be done online through debit, credit card, or internet banking.

Candidates can check the GUJCET 2025 eligibility criteria mentioned below:
Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
Age criteria: There is no age limit to apply for GUJCET 2025
Educational Qualification: The candidate must have passed or appeared in the 10+2 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Students must have secured at least 45% (40% for reserved categories) marks in Class 12 exams.
Domicile: The candidate must be a Gujarat resident by birth. Or the candidate must have passed 10+2 in a school situated in Gujarat. Or parents of the candidate must belong to Gujarat and must be living there at the time of admission.
GUJCET 2025 is scheduled to be held on March 23, 2025. The entrance test is conducted for admissions to engineering and pharmacy programmes offered by colleges and universities across the state.
As per the GUJCET 2025 exam pattern, the question paper comprises three sections – mathematics, physics, and chemistry with 40 questions in each section. The exam will consist of 120 multiple-choice questions.
