Download EBookThe Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Haryana, has announced the Haryana National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2025 seat allotment result for the third round of counselling. A total of 4,071 candidates has been allotted seats in the Haryana NEET UG 2025 round 3 counselling.
Among the allotted candidates, 209 have experienced seat upgradation, while 409 candidates’ allotments remain unchanged. Candidates can download the Haryana NEET UG 2025 seat allotment letter through the official website at dmer.haryana.gov.in. Earlier, the seat allotment result was scheduled to be out on October 23.
The Haryana NEET UG 2025 round 3 seat allotment results have been announced in the form of a PDF, which carries detailed information for each candidate. The document includes the candidate’s login ID, NEET All India Rank (AIR), NEET score, name, and the institute allotted in previous rounds (Round 1 and 2) along with the course, category, and any remarks. For Round 3, the PDF provides the newly allotted institute, course, category, and relevant remarks for each candidate.

Haryana NEET UG Allotment Result 2025: Reporting by November 3
Candidates allotted seats in Haryana NEET UG 2025 round 3 are required to deposit the tuition fee between October 24 and 30, 2025. Document verification will be conducted from October 31 to November 2, 2025.
Candidates allotted a seat can download the allotment letter from October 31 to November 3, 2025, and must report to their allotted institute by November 3, 2025, for admission to the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) courses.
“Seat Allocation has been done as per the preferences filled by the candidate online, category of the candidate, vacant Seat Matrix, NEET Score/Rank and as per Haryana Govt Notifications dated 08.08.2025 for the Session 2025-26,” the official notice said.
